In observance of World No Tobacco Day, a rally was organized on 30th May 2026 by the Cancer Institute (Adyar) in collaboration with the Indian Dental Association (IDA) to raise awareness about the harmful effects of tobacco use. Nearly 100 undergraduate students from Madha Dental College & Hospital actively participated in the rally, accompanied by postgraduate students and faculty members. The event served as a platform to promote tobacco cessation and reinforce the importance of a tobacco-free society through community engagement and public awareness.
