The Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, Madha Dental College and Hospital, conducted a CDE programme to introduce undergraduate and postgraduate students to the basics of Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) and its applications in dentistry. The event aimed to educate students on advanced 3D imaging for improved diagnosis. A total of 108 delegates, including 85 undergraduates, 14 postgraduates, and 9 faculty members, actively participated. Guest speakers Dr. Jayanth Kumar and Dr. Surenthar from Saveetha Dental College delivered insightful lectures on CBCT principles, applications, and diagnostic software. The interactive sessions were followed by a hands-on demonstration, and all participants received certificates of appreciation.
